Shipping Information

Delivery time: 4–8 business days for all orders.

Shipping confirmation & tracking: As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel.

Processing time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

External warehouse: During temporary stock shortages, your order may be shipped from an external warehouse. In these cases, the delivery time may be up to 11 business days.
